2. The core principle: we do not hold your keys
BitKuruş wallets are non-custodial. Ed25519 keypairs are generated in your browser and stored on your device encrypted under a password-derived key. We have no access to your private keys, your password, or the ability to move your balance.
3. Data processed
- On-chain data: public addresses and transactions are public in the ledger. These are cryptographic public keys, not identity records.
- Technical logs: minimal data such as IP address, request timestamp and rate-limit counters may be processed to secure the service and prevent abuse.
- KYC and identity verification are not performed by this protocol. A regulated exchange listing the asset carries them out under its own obligations.
4. Purposes and legal basis
Data is processed to deliver the service, to maintain its security, to meet legal obligations, and under legitimate interest, within the meaning of Article 5 of the KVKK.
5. Transfers
Personal data is not shared with third parties except where legally required. Only signed, public ledger data is replicated between federation nodes.
6. Your rights (KVKK Article 11)
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure and objection to processing by writing to the contact address above. Note that public on-chain ledger records are immutable by design and cannot be altered or deleted.

Only cookies necessary for the session and for core functionality are used. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are set, and no third-party analytics are loaded on these pages.
